Building with the Foundation

As much as things have changed since launching Lenox Consulting in 2010, one thing has stayed the same. From Day 1, my goal was to grow a business that transcended the traditional consultant/client relationship and made us part of the team of the organizations we are working with.

This is exactly the relationship we are continuing to build with The Foundation, helping the #Belfast-based #Irish strategic creative consultancy grow its opportunities in the United States.

While conversations about working together took a more serious turn earlier this year, beginning with a visit from three-quarters of their core team to #Hoboken in March, my relationship with The Foundation, and more specifically, Jonny Kelly, dates back many years.

Time spent with Jonny on both sides of the Atlantic, and across the U.S., has always been easy. Getting to know Rick McKee, Erin Nixon and Brendan Gallen more recently, and spending time together talking business, sharing ideas, and simply enjoying each other’s company, instilled a strong sense that our values aligned in a lot of ways.

Since launching Lenox Consulting in 2010, #storytelling has been at the heart of what we do, helping organizations find the right narrative, understand the audiences they need to reach, and build the relationships that bring those stories to life.

The Foundation does much the same thing, on a much larger scale, working with #leadership teams to bring #clarity to moments of change and turn #strategy into stories that people can understand, believe in, and act upon.

Now, as The Foundation looks at the growing opportunities for its work in the U.S., I’m proud to be part of that journey, and especially proud that they have chosen #NewJersey as an important starting point and Lenox Consulting as a partner in making those connections.
