Irish-US Economic Relationship Report

It was a pleasure to be in Dublin last week as the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland released their new report on the Irish-US Economic relationship. Ireland is now the number one destination for US FDI. In other words, growing US companies continue to do huge things by expanding globally, through Ireland. This is an important mutual relationship as Irish born companies also continue to create meaningful jobs in the USA. Through Steve Lenox's work as US representative for William Fry, Ireland's most respected law firm; tenure as President of IrishNetworkUSA; and extensive well established and meaningful contacts throughout both Ireland and Irish America, we are proud to continue to play a role as the relationship AMCHAM Ireland reports on continues to grow and gain importance. Irish Network New Jersey’s Walk to Washington

For the past 78 years the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce has sponsored their “Walk To Washington”, a trek that sees hundreds of New Jersey’s business leaders rub shoulders with elected officials and policy makers while riding Amtrak from New Jersey to the nation’s capitol. For anyone who has an interest in shaping public policy or influencing the debate on any matter currently being discussed in the halls of government this annual event is a “can’t miss”.
